I was inspired to write ‘Another Life’ after working in the area of early childhood for many years, supporting young mums coping with post-natal depression. Their stories resonated deeply, and I thank them for sharing their thoughts, feelings and emotions with me. Those women were the inspiration for this novel.
When emotionally fragile Jenny Harwood moves into an old rental property with her husband Mike and their young baby, Georgia, their future looks promising. However, they soon discover they’re not the only inhabitants of the house.
